Newsletter December 2024 - What can we Learn from a Candy Cane?

CHANNELLED WISDOM NEWSLETTER

(Channelled from my spirit guides)

People mainly associate candy canes with Christmas, but let's look at them from a different angle.

What colour are they? Red and white.

A cane has red and white stripes at a slight angle in a regular pattern, sometimes of equal width; the stick is straight, and it curves at the top.

The stripes signify two aspects of your being - the human aspect and the spiritual aspect.

For many people, the fact that the stripes are of equal width is a good reflection of how they live, the white signifying the spiritual aspect and the red signifying the human aspect. They look after the human aspect of their life - their body, their relationships, their home, their work, their finances, and so on. And then of equal value is the spiritual aspect which they look after in a range of ways, for example by living in higher vibrations, by working on building good relationships, by meeting their spiritual needs - taking time out, meditating, or whatever form that takes for them.

The curve at the top represents flexibility and change. Life does not always go in a straight line and sometimes you need to bend with the circumstances or the energies at play.

However, you are able to design your own candy cane, and it may be a very interesting shape with lots of twists and turns, the red and white stripes may vary in width - there may be times when you can devote a lot of your energy to spiritual development, and there may be other times when dealing to the human aspect of your life needs to take priority.

Imagine your life timeline from birth to where you are now, and imagine you have had a range of candy canes. What shape have they taken at the different times of your life?

We will look at this with you in the meditation.
